Come enjoy the cuisine from the culinary capital of Italy, the city of Bologna. Bologna is home to Proscuitto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Balsamico. Bologna is known in Italy as Bologna “La Grassa”, the fatted one, due to its extremely rich cuisine. Chef Michael Cirafesi will be preparing a four course classic Bolognese cuisine menu. For this event you are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine or choose one from our wine list which features an extensive selection of Bolognese wines.
